Studying Jewellery at Laboratorio

The Jewellery workshops are designed for students wishing to focus their future on the world of antique and contemporary jewellery.

In this laboratory, you will obtain everything you need to develop a professional career in the world of jewellery, and you will acquire the ability to know how to use each of the techniques to be applied at will.

In these workshops, you will work in a stimulating training environment where creativity, innovation, originality and excellence are encouraged and valued.

We will assist you with care and dedication, making sure that all your efforts and doubts are resolved at your own pace, accompanied by your tutors always with the utmost availability and commitment.

A maximum of 12 students per course allows us to follow the technical and artistic evolution of each student.

Courses are held on:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
In the morning: from 9,00 to 12,00
In the afternoon: from 13,00 to 16,00 or from 16,00 to 19,00

Laboratory Description

(Minimum a month for each)

The course is aimed at students wishing to complete the development of skills in technical illustration (enlarging and reducing, various views: front, side, three-quarter view, etc.), the use of coloured pencils, colours and water colours, as well as giving the necessary tools to obtain the effects of various metals and stones as well as a faithful reproduction of the desired effects in the final design of the jewellery.

These laboratories are aimed at students who wish to develop skills in technical illustration (enlargement and reduction, various views: front, side, three-quarter, etc.), in colour, as well as providing the necessary tools to obtain effects of metals, stones and any other material, as well as a faithful reproduction of the desired effects in the realization of the final design of the jewellery.

In this laboratory you will learn how to develop a jewellery collection from an idea by

  • Searching for inspiration
  • Development of thematic panel
  • Development of sketches for the collection
  • Drawing objects from different angles and perspectives by hand
  • Coloring with pencils and watercolors

In this laboratory you will make professional paper designs, which will be the essential guide for the realization of the work in the workshop of the jeweler.
